Zach spent a decade on the front lines of commission sales before he ever coached anyone. As a top closer at Sunder Energy he won the company's Highest Realization Rate Award in 2020, then earned the role of Self-Development Trainer — coaching the rest of the floor on the mental side of the job.
He kept seeing the same thing: the reps who broke out weren't the ones with the best scripts. They were the ones whose execution didn't collapse on a hard day. At the start of 2024 he retired from selling solar to put everything into MindRx Academy and its flagship program, Base Camp.
