Base Camp

The 90-Day Transformation from Salesperson to Sales Professional.

Base Camp is the individual path. It is deep, private work for the operator who can produce a big month but cannot yet produce a standard — the one who wants to fix the person doing the selling before, or instead of, building a team around them.

90 days, fully online
Live cohort + private community
Personalized 1:1 coaching

Founder's Note

"Most reps don't need another script. They need a floor their nervous system can hold."

Zach Hall

Who Base Camp Is For

Built for the Rep Who Can Hit a Big Month — and Can't Hold It.

You're a fit if…

  • You're paid on performance — commission, splits, overrides
  • You've already hit $20K+ months at least once — this room is for reps who have touched the number, not reps chasing it for the first time
  • The swing between your best month and your worst one is costing you your peace of mind
  • You take feedback without flinching and execute without supervision

Skip Base Camp if…

  • You're brand new to sales and need fundamentals
  • You want a motivational room with hype videos
  • You want a script swap — same deals, new closer phrases
  • You expect someone else to do the reps for you

Leading a team? Base Camp is the individual path — it rebuilds the operator. If your problem is the organization around you, and you want a recruiting and leadership system installed in your own business, that work lives in First Peak.

Still deciding whether you need coaching at all? Read sales coaching vs sales training — it lays out which fix applies to which problem, honestly.

The 90-Day Architecture

Three Phases. One Outcome.

01

Days 1–30

Reset & Rebuild

We strip the rep down to the operating system. Identify the avoidance patterns, the ceiling beliefs, the structural holes in the day. Install non-negotiable activity windows, pre-work rituals, and recovery protocols. By day 30, the rep is running on standards instead of mood.

  • · Identity audit + ceiling diagnosis
  • · Daily operating system installation
  • · Nervous system regulation protocols
  • · Weekly cohort calls + private community access

02

Days 31–60

Load & Stabilize

We put load back on the platform we just rebuilt. Layer in conviction-based closing mechanics, emotional command training, and pipeline discipline. The week stops depending on how you feel on Monday, and the swing between your good weeks and your bad ones starts to flatten.

  • · Conviction-based selling framework
  • · Objection handling at the identity level
  • · Pipeline discipline + data review rituals
  • · 1:1 office hours with senior coaches

03

Days 61–90

Lock the Floor

A good month is an event. The work here is making the standard a floor rather than a peak — installing the accountability architecture that holds it for the next twelve months, not just this one. You leave with the system, not a memory of the coaching.

  • · Accountability architecture + feedback loops
  • · Identity reinforcement and pattern interruption
  • · Long-term operating system handoff
  • · Graduation and continuation pathway into First Peak

From a Rep Who Did the Work

“I've been in the sales industry for a little over 3 years now, with the first 2.5 not going as planned. I always had the work ethic, but never seemed to be able to achieve the goals I set for myself. Working with Zach closed the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.”

The Methodology

The Four Pillars Inside Base Camp

01 · Identity Alignment

Rebuild the self-image so the nervous system stops pulling you back down every time you outperform who you think you are.

02 · Emotional Command

Train stillness under pressure. Stop flinching. Separate the prospect's emotion from your decisions.

03 · Structured Execution

Non-negotiable activity windows, pipeline rituals, and recovery protocols that produce output without motivation.

04 · Accountability Architecture

Feedback loops, peer mirrors, and data reviews that hold the standard when willpower wants to slip.

The Standard

A Room Built on Standards — Not Speeches.

Base Camp is a working room. No theater, no chants, no breakthrough nights. The cohort meets, the work gets reviewed, the standards get held. The reps who graduate carry the architecture with them — not a memory of the energy in the room.

What's Included

Everything in the Academy, Plus a Coach on Your Numbers.

  • Full MindRx Academy access for the duration of your engagement and beyond
  • Private mindset and strategy sessions with a senior coach
  • A data-driven review of your actual sales activity, not a generic curriculum
  • Weekly live cohort calls and a private community of operators held to the same standard
  • An individual action plan built around your gaps, so execution becomes repeatable

Base Camp is a limited, high-touch engagement, so we scope it on a call rather than sell it from a page. Bring your numbers and your honest read on where you stall out. If it isn't the right room, we'll tell you.

Ready to Lock the Floor?

Book a strategy call. We'll diagnose where the ceiling actually is and tell you honestly whether Base Camp is the right room to break it in.
