Component One

Personal leadership coaching for you

The blocks that stop a leader are not the blocks that stopped the rep. We work the identity, emotional command, and execution patterns that only surface when you try to scale: handing off work you believe only you can do, holding a standard when the person in front of you is a friend, staying still when a rep quits in your busiest month. This is the part of the program that changes who is running the organization.

Component Two

A recruiting system installed in your business

Not a course about recruiting. We build the machine inside your business, with you:

  • A documented ad and messaging framework, so the offer to a candidate is written down and repeatable instead of improvised.
  • An Instagram DM funnel design that turns responses into real conversations.
  • A qualification process that feeds a group interview, run on a twice-weekly cadence so hiring becomes a rhythm instead of a scramble.

Be clear on this part

The system runs on your own Meta ad account and your own ad budget, not ours. We recommend starting around $35 a day. You own the account, the audience, and the creative. That is the point: when the engagement ends, the machine is still yours and still running.

Training for the reps you already have

Recruiting into a team with no development path just accelerates turnover.     Setup and Learning Phase

    Because we're installing this system on your own ad account, the first 7 to 10 days are about setup: audience building, creative testing, and getting your account out of the platform's learning phase. This isn't a delay, it's how ad accounts actually perform best long-term.

    The Ramp

    Conversations and Interviews Begin

    From there, your DM funnel and interview cadence begin producing real conversations, with your group interviews running twice a week as the system ramps. You are now practicing the process live, with us in the room, on your own candidates.

    Back Half

    A Repeatable Recruiting Rhythm

    By the back half of the engagement, you should have a functioning, repeatable recruiting rhythm, not a one-time spike. The system keeps running after we step back, because it was built in your business, on your account, by you.
