Zach Hall

There is nothing more important to Zach than his role as Husband and Father.

Zach and Lauren were married in April of 2011. Zach was 21. One year and a day later, at the age of 22, he became a father to Grayson. They've since been blessed with Cruz and 8 years after Cruz their miracle child Madden was born.

A desire to provide for his family in a way he didn't experience, and to serve others meaningfully led him to pursue a career as a doctor and surgeon.

He graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2014 and earned Dean's list honors at Western University of Health Sciences during his first year of medical school.

That wouldn't happen again as he put school on hold to sell solar residentially in order to better afford the staggering costs of professional education.

He never looked back.

Now over a decade of direct sales experience, most of which as a leader in both production and his role. Zach has lived the entire roller coaster of emotions and quality of living that direct sales offers.

He has made himself, been broken, and been remade...multiple times.

Zach has won multiple sales competitions and awards including the Highest Realization Rate Award for Sunder Energy in 2020. His consistency of performance and unique style of training, backed by a breakout year earned him a chance to serve as Sunder Energys Self Development Trainer. He had just launched MindRx Academy to begin helping sales professionals to develop the mental and emotional strength needed to thrive in the industry.

At the beginning of 2024, Zach retired from selling solar to put his full attention on his mission with MindRx Academy...To empower the increased performance of the many by healing the minds of the one!

His mix of scholastic background and practical sales experience has created a unique approach and talent for impacting the minds and lives of sales people through his coaching.
