We open with the model that sits underneath everything MindRx teaches — how identity, emotion, and execution actually interact inside a commission seat. Then we work the three beliefs that quietly cap a sales team, out loud, with your reps in the room.

  • Money. What your team believes they're allowed to earn, and where that number came from.
  • Possibility. What they think is realistic for someone like them — and how that ceiling gets set by the room they're standing in.
  • Emotion. Whose feelings your reps are carrying into a conversation, and how to stop borrowing the prospect's.

Both afternoons, Zach prospects in the field with your reps and your leaders. Same doors, same phones, same rejection. The reframes from the morning either survive contact or they don't — and when a rep watches theirs hold up on a live prospect, that's the part that stays after we leave.
